I am using this product at the recommendation of my MD because of my labs and family history of heart disease. She told me that "no-flush" Niacin will not give me the same results. To avoid an uncomfortable flushing sensation, she advised me to take as follows:1) Take at bedtime only2) Start with one tablet. After a few nights, increase by one. Continue building up slowly.I take 2000 mg, or 4 tablets per night. Your health care provider may suggest a different dosage.I found that my body learned to tolerate it this way. If I take the Niacin and then stay up to read in bed, I notice the tingling and turn out the light. If I skip a night or two, I have to back-track and return to titration. Otherwise all is good with comfort!

Great supplements
