Good weight, color was as described. I haven't used the fabric yet, but feel it was a good purchase for the price, and do have plans for future use.

I ordered a similar canvas from another company but shipping was delayed and I needed it ASAP for a project I was finishing. I hopped on Amazon and found this one. It shipped quickly and ended up being much better quality than I anticipated.

The fabric is a decent weight with fairly consistent texture, but has no selvage area so it frays very easily. Good strength and consistent weave so other than the fraying issue I recommend it. Good pinking shears will pay off, here.Study yet light, so it would make for good reusable bags that could carry some weight in them.

This product was just for repairing a old shop coat. My favorite shop coat needed some TLC and I didn't have to buy a large quanity of material. The price was good and the finished repair looks great. Fast delivery was a plus.

The package arrived perfectly sealed in the amazon bag and dry, but when I opened it I was punched in the face with a horrid mildewy smell. I tried airing the fabric out by laying it on the floor of my sewing room, but after 30 minutes I went back upstairs and the entire floor REEKED, so I had to wash it. I used the gentle cycle on my washer, extra soak, and set it to "tap cold" to prevent shrinking. Well, it came out smelling nice and fresh, but in a tangled mess. I didn't want to risk the dryer so I took out a step stool and draped it over that to hang dry overnight. Once dry, I brought it back up to the sewing room and laid it out flat and was shocked to see the material had shrunk to nearly half its original size. I ordered 2 yards and was going to use the fabric to make a "don't care" floor mat for the back of my Land Cruiser by sewing a piece of perfectly cut carpet padding between two layers of the duck canvas. That way my dog could walk around the back or I could throw camping material in there and not worry abt it, and roll it up and easily remove it when not in use. Not gonna happen. Look at the photo, the original piece was easily 1-2 feet longer in both length and width. Smell and wrinkles aside, the shrinkage from a GENTLE CYCLE wash in a high end washing machine that used TAP COLD water is unreal. Horrible Smell. Horrible Fabric. DO NOT BUY. Waste of my time and money.
