Perfect color. It starts darkening your skin within hours. Doesn't rub off on clothing. I am very happy with the color and darkness. I am extremely white and I thought this would be blotchy or turnmy skin orange, but no, works great. My skin feels softer. Once you wash it, most of it comes off, but you still retain a little color. It's perfect. Wish I would have bought this last summer. Will buy again

In all my years, I have been used many self tanners, but this BANANA BOAT self tanner is by far one of the best! It’s easy to use and gives you a nice natural buildable color. For the price, it is a great product. I use the deep dark, I am a medium complexion and this gives me a nice summer looking tan all year if I choose to use it all year. Just remember to wash your hands well after using.

This is the first self-tanning lotion I’ve ever used completely — and even ordered a second bottle because I didn’t want to run out! I gave it a four because it really isn’t dark enough. Unless you’re very fair it certainly isn’t a deep dark color as described. I have to reapply at least 3 times to look like I have a tan. For me the scent is very mild. I have to put my nose right up to my arm to smell anything at all. I also don’t have a single problem with streaking. Although I do exfoliate first. Maybe that makes a difference. My skin tone is neutral and although the tanner isn’t dark enough it looks very natural. No orange color at all. I’ll be purchasing again.

I use this every summer for my legs until I build up a tan or to enhance my tan. Works well. The more you use it the darker the tan. but sometimes looks orangey. Just stop for a few days and it goes away. Make sure you spread it evenly. Go light around the knees and ankles or they will look real dark. Once it dries it does not wear off on clothes or sheets. I usually buy this at Walmart or Target but neither store had any self tanners this year.

My first time using self tanner. I thought it was pretty good. The problem is that it does have an orangey color to it the more tanner you put on. I had the unfortunate realization when one of my legs was wayyyy more orange than the other. That's a fault of my own for putting more on the other leg, but i was kinda hoping the color would be more tan than orange. Other than that its pretty ok. I'm not sure how long the tanner is supposed to stay but without any touch ups that tanner stays pretty decent for atleast a week and a half before it starts fading.
