Fragrance Foundry 15146 Black Tear Drop Oil Warmer, Multicolor

This is a classy piece for a great price. I love using scented oils and I'm glad I bought this. I struggled at first, because I was using too much water and too little essential oil. I experimented with the amount of water and oil and realized that, roughly, a 70-30 ratio of oil:water works best. The fragrance is stronger and lingers for around 2 hours in the room.I also found it hard to place the piece back on the stand after removing it to fill it with oil; the angle of the stand makes it tough to place the holder back after its full. I now don't remove the oil holder, I just tilt it to fill it.Overall, a great buy. It looks a lot more expensive that it really is, takes up little space, and works great. I highly recommend this; could make a great housewarming gift along with essential oils.

I have no problems using this warmer. It heats the oil very well despite what other comments have claimed. I really liked the design and price of this one so much that I bought it regardless of the iffy review that said the candle was too far from the candle. I even bought larger candles just in case but it turns out plain ol tea lights do a wonderful job all in their own. I would def buy this product again and it looks sooo nice with its raw iron holder and sleek black droplet burner.

Besides having some paint flaws (runs and some white spots), this oil warmer is more than worth what you pay for. I ordered this over a year ago thinking that I'd use it for a month or two before I could get a better one, but it worked so well that I decided to keep it. It has never cracked and all the paint has managed to stay put. I've bought a few more of these since then to put around the house. Would definitely recommend!UPDATE:It's been almost 4 years since I ordered this oil warmer and it has been worth every cent! It's been used almost every day and has never cracked or overheated. Yesterday I ran out of tart warmers to put around my house during my christmas party so I used this with wax tarts. At first I was scared it would crack but it did an awesome job! Please try this beofre you order any other oil warmer on amazon. You won't regret it!

This is a really cute little oil warmer. It literally looks just like the picture. I ordered the blue, and was very pleased with the paint, and feel of the polish. Some reviews are saying that it is small. That is true. I don't think it was meant to be large. I'd say it's about as tall as a pencil, and about half that size in width. It serves it's purpose!

I've had this for a little over a year and it's holding up nicely. Love the design of it, as that is what initially attracted my interest for purchasing. It looks very pretty and is a nice little decorative piece. The stand is thin-but-sturdy metal and the warming vessel is porcelain/ceramic. It's definitely worth the price overall, but there are a few issues to take into consideration while purchasing:-I have noticed that it does burn the wax/oil when using long-burning tealights and left to burn for longer periods, since the ceramic is somewhat thin.-Bit of a pain to clean out by hand. Can be difficult to take the tear drop off of the stand. I recommend sticking some cotton balls in there to absorb all the oil and/or melted wax.Overall, I think this is a wonderful little oil warmer and it has gotten more than its share of use. Would recommend.

5 stars for simplicity and functionality, 3 stars for appearance, but overall I think it earns a 5. The oil warmer works very well and I love the simple and functional design. The looks are not the greatest as the stand looks rather cheaply made, but it functions perfectly well and you can hardly beat the price. I much prefer these to plug-in models. These use simple tea lights so can be used anywhere.

The vessel cannot be centered over the candle flame. The hanger is not curved properly. The "hook" is not vertical over the tea light holder. If I hang the vessel as shown on the product page, it hangs out far over the tea light holder. In fact, it hangs close to the edge of the far side of the base.The best I can do is place the top center of the vessel on the very end of the hook, balancing it. It still isn't centered, but it's close. Unfortunately, this places the vessel too high vertically above the tea light holder. It doesn't warm well.Finally, this item is top heavy. The base is hollow plastic. There is no felt to protect furniture from the edges, and there is nothing to counter the weight of the hook and vessel.There's a reason it's cheap, and I don't recommend it. Rarely do I make a bad purchase decision based on customer reviews, but I did this time. If it isn't functional, it isn't worth a dime.

I bought this for my sons' room for a relaxing lavender sleep every night. I didn't want to give up my oil burners lol, so I found this one for them. It's wonderful. I fill the tear bowl up with water and put several drops of oil in there. The water allows it to burn much longer, well into their slumber.
