It is somehow really hard to find instant packets of PLAIN oatmeal. It always has a bunch of sugar and whatnot in it. This is just plain oats. Pour hot water on them, wait 1.5 minutes, you have oatmeal. I add PB Fit and some Chia Smash Jam or a banana, and it is a perfect pre-workout meal. It is probably a lot more expensive to buy it portioned out like this but the convenience keeps me on routine and makes it much easier to get that fuel in my body before training.

This is the only oatmeal my mother eats because she is a diabetic. But it is good for anyone on a health diet. I buy in bulk because it is cheaper, and will buy it again and again.

I'm very happy with the variety. I purchased the less sugar variety. The flavor is great. I usually use two packets of different flavors, for even more variety! It takes about 2 minutes. I also, sometimes add diced bananas during the cooking, and I'm a kid, again!😊

The product will not be placed in a box or large envelope or any protective wrapping. The product box arrived a bit beat up with an open flap. Someone along the way placed a couple pieces of scotch tape but two of the individual packets were sticking halfway out of the loose flap. Amazingly, no individual packets were actually missing. Otherwise, this product is as expected. Easy to make, tasty and a great quick breakfast. 4 stars is only because of the failure to use proper shipping materials.

This is one of the very best instant oatmeal combos I've ever had, and the portions are meal-sized, not skimpy like some bargain brands.

Great Value for the money taste great quality is very good . For a real healthy meal ad mixed nuts (just make sure you are not allergic to nuts,) , purchase the grinder on my other post / review and grind the nuts fine then blend one heaping tablespoon to one packet of this quaker oats. Not only it is filling for hours it is delicious.
