LD Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP 55X CE255X High Yield (Black)

Great product at a great price, zero issues and great printing quality.

This worked fine for about 5,000 copies -- no different from OEM product. Then, suddenly we started getting jams with an error message that read "paper wrapped around fuser - call for service". The first few times we got this message, we were able to extract the paper and get the printer to work again but, after the third time, the printer just stopped working and we called for service.It cost me over $250.00 in repairs to have the fuser and feed roller replaced on my HP P3015DN printer because of this product. When I contacted LD to complain, they actually faulted me for not calling THEM first, instead of calling HP repair (why would I do that when the machine reported a fuser problem instead of a toner problem?). Nonetheless, they claimed that this incident wasn't at all typical of LD products and they sent me a replacement cartridge. That replacement cartridge started smearing the pages almost immediately and we tossed it in the trash before it could do additional damage.Interestingly, I had also purchased an LD toner cartridge for my Brother fax machine and it also worked fine for a short while before it started smudging the pages. We removed it before it damaged that machine, too.You know, I was willing to pay more for this (LD) brand because they claimed they didn't just refill toner cartridges -- they actually rebuilt them. Based on my experiences, I'd say that they are either lying, or their quality control is terrible.Caveat Emptor!

Works great. Needed this for the office and so far, no issues. Inexpensive too!!

I have been purchasing cartridges from LD for about 6 months now. We have nearly 100 printers in our business and I am currently phasing in their use of LD remanufactured cartridges. So far I am very pleased, they preform as expected and have a similar cartridge life as their cousins manufactured by the printer maker. I would recommend.

I bought this a few months ago and I so far it has served me well, The print quality is great so far.

I had not previously ordered from this company. I ordered because I run a busy CPA/tax office with multiple HP Laser Jets that use the 55x compatible toner...and usually keep several in stock and realized I was out...Amazon had same day delivery so I tried this company. When I received the product... everything looked fine. I was most impressed by the same day delivery. When I removed the insert paper and tab and installed in my first printer...It printed nothing but solid black pages... I had stepped out of the office when it was printing for a few minutes and didn't realize until I came back after it printed lots of pages. I pulled the toner out of this printer moved to another printer and tried one page with the same results. When I went back to the first printer...I realized there was paper stuck in the printer. I received an error message regarding the fuser. From the picture you can see what a complete mess. Rather than call Amazon at first. I called the company and spoke with Francisco who was...let's just say...less than helpful. Then I had to call Amazon and they refunded the money and they don't want the product back. They told me to just dispose of the product. I told them I now have damage to my printer and at minimum it is going to need a service tech to come out for the repair. They said they would contact me later about possible reimbursement for repair work. I reordered from a previous vendor to get more replacement toner.

These toner cartridges are great. They have saved my office a ton of money without any loss in quality or service life from the HP Brand. We will definitely keep using these toners.
