Q: could you use this to move granite?

I haven't tried moving granite. I have had some large loads of drywall, over 1000 pounds and it worked well. I have 2 of these carts and love them.

In 2019, the answer is both. All four wheels swivel. But also all four wheels have the ability to be locked forward/backward or laterally. The wheels lock individuallly. So you can have it the way you like it -- two-wheel swivel for easier steering or four-wheel swivel for tight confines. On top of this, Amazon carries a separate SKU that is identical but has fixed two-wheel swivel. At this time, this other SKU is $2 kess. Paying the $2 extra for this model is a much better deal. Again, the ad says that one wheel locks but the truth is that all four lock.

Q: Can I use this to store/move sheets of plywood 69” tall, 43” wide without it tipping over? Need to store standing on 43” side to fit storage space.

I would think you could without problem. It’s very balanced to center the weight of loads. One thing I did on mine was to C-clamp a wood strip on the outside edge of the bottom to keep boards from sliding off the bottom. With your tall boards I think you would benefit by Doug that.

The wheels are 8” across. (Diameter). This cart is easily the best cart I’m ever had. I use it to move giant table slabs. I’ve had 1500 pounds on this cart at times and can move it effortlessly by myself. The wheels lock, the wheels pivot 360 degrees or you can set the front set to pivot and the back to go in line. They thought of everything!!. It’s super heavy duty and very smartly designed. If you get one, you will not be disappointed!!
