Great purchase
The media could not be loaded. This towel warmer is amazing. It heats the towels within minutes and it’s compact. I’ve been able to fit up to 6 wet face towels at a time. Definitely worth the purchase.

Works great, if it doesn't turn on, just double check the back plug
Great little warmer cabinet!! I was worried about the reviews saying that it wouldn't turn on, but when I got it I turned it on to be sure, & it worked just fine! Hot towels in no time. The second time I tried to use it, it wouldn't turn on at all. It was unresponsive no matter what socket I plugged it into. Before I ruled it broken though, I pressed the plug that goes into the back of the steamer in a little more, & it turned on immediately. I can't help but wonder if alot of those reviews have a perfectly working towel cabinet, but the back plug just got slightly disconnected.

Hot towel feels soo good on my face!!!
This little thing is awesome! I can fit one good-sized spa towel (larger than a hand towel but smaller than a bath towel). Towel has to be wet. I have to rearrang sometimes to get the entire towel warm. It does get pretty hot. I measured once with infrared at 144 degrees. If I leave my towel in for a while it will get too hot to hold with my bare hands. Small size means anyone can make a mini spa in their home!

NO HEAT
I bought this for my husband as a gift. I was excited as this would be so much convenient for him than having to get hot water from the kitchen; he could have it right by his things and could shave comfortably w/o the extra nonsense. And as excited I was to open this for him and set it up in the morning as a surprise, I was as disappointed to unpack it and find scratches, and the lights inside only working...no heat, no orange/red light on the outside, just nothing, I couldn't find another compact towel warmer with good reviews so I gave up on the search. Hopefully I can find something one of these days.

Just the way I like it! It’s small and cute!The only thing I DONT like is that when you close it, it makes a loud noise.

Nice compact size that will hold multi hand towels.
I like how compact this warmer is for smaller counter spaces. However you need to allow time for it to heat the towels throughly compared to a larger warmer.

Just arrived and does not work
Just got mine all excited and it won’t even turn on . Iv tried all troubleshooting tips and still not turning in . I guess mine is defective . Anyone else experience this ?Update seller sent me a new one and it’s been working great so far so good
