Q: Is this okay to drink for someone who doesn't exercise but just needs to gain weight?

Yes it is. Due to illness I lost over 30 pounds in less than 2 months. Dropped down to 98 pounds. I made smoothies and shakes with this to help put weight back on. I didn't use it as a meal replacement, I drank my smoothies with my meals and they supplemented my caloric intake. It worked well, gave me energy, and tastes really good.

Not sure what you want to use this product together with, but a healthy balanced diet of food and regular exercise program are essential for producing results.

Q: What do you mix the powder with?

Blend it with 16 Oz of milk and a couple scoops of Bryers natural strawberry ice cream (has to be that brand or the shake will taste wierd). Makes the best tasting protein shakes you'll ever have.

Q: Can i just use 1 scoop

Sure can. Use one scoop in the morning and another before bed. It's a good source of extra calories for the day.
