At my age, who doesn't have back pain right? This thing really helps big time with picking up leaves, or other yard debris. You hardly have to bend at all. Simple device, very light weight, easy assembly. Works as it should, and no more back pain from doing the leaves.

This tool is amazing! My yard produces tons and tons of yard waste. Particularly leaves, sweet gum balls, twigs, acorns, pine cones, pine needles and dead grass. This tool makes the clean-up job a lot easier. Less bending over, You can quickly fill up a pop-up bag or leaf bag with leaves with this tool. This tool has been very helpful. It is well-balanced, ergonomic and durable. Other designs by comparison look awkward to use. If you are out in the yard a lot with a rake, this is the tool you want!

I rarely write reviews but this thing is awesome. I have about 40 large trees on a 3 acre lot. Hickory, oak and maple. This has made the process bearable and saves my back. It is not complete as not all leaves have fallen, but we are ahead of where we were in past years. We love it.

Very effective device for picking up leaves and yard debris. Sturdy and relatively lightweight, it really helps for people with back problems like me. Drastically reduces the need to bend over while getting the job done in less time. Highly recommend.

After about ten minutes of gentle use, one of the bolts at the pivot let loose. The nut had backed off. A check of the other nut showed it was about to fall off as well. I replaced the short bolts with longer #8s and lock washers.Then the nuts started getting... nutty. One would tighten and then other would loosen during use. I tried combinations of wingnuts, regular washers and nuts, fenders, all to no avail. I have It to the point where I just check the thing every couple of loads and have to tighten only one of the two nuts.It sounds annoying but this leaf grabber is amazing! Replace the bolts at the pivot with longer ones (add an extra nut as backup and to lock the first one on) and enjoy!UPDATE-- 15 June 2020. It finally died, and it's my fault. I left the thing out all winter sitting on the side porch and the sun destroyed the plastic. So after 6 years I am going to get another one exactly the same.

This long handled leaf grabber is awesome. No more bending, no more backaches. Very comfortable to use. It grabs an unexpectedly large clump of leaves. A few previous reviews commented that the nuts were loosening and came off, because it needed to have lock washers on the bolts. Well it seems that they have fixed that flaw. My grabber has lock washers. I have given it a good workout and no problem at all. It is the best garden tool in my shed!

This is the second fall we have been through since purchasing this item and I am so thankful for it. Its kind of an awkward motion that you have to adjust to, but oh my word does it take away the dreaded part of fall clean up - gathering the leaves into the bags. It grabs so much at a time and does it cleanly too! I can use it directly on my driveway and it will grab every single leaf in the pile. Use it on the grass and it tries to grab the grass too! I sometimes feel like I've missed something or done something wrong, bc clean-up goes so quickly now. I think my favorite part is that I never have to get on my hands and knees to shove leaves into a bag anymore. When and if this tool dies, I will definitely buy another. It's pricey, especially for what it really is (and I think that its sad that the seller seems to gouge) but I would still buy another.

This garden tool is one of my all time favorites! It makes picking up leaves, prunings, etc. virtually effortless, and saves your back, not a small thing to me. One improvement they could make is in the hardware at the handle connection points, but my husband beefed up the screws, nuts etc. and we've been going great ever since. I won't even take a star off - I love this that much!

these are excellent. They have made a back breaking job of clearing autumn leaves easy. Very happy and recommend these to all gardeners

Had a similar type which was purchased years ago. This is a great improvement over the one I have.
