Problem number "One"I was lied to from "Dean Themselves" saying it came with a case, and an "Amazon Support" worker said it came with a case it didn't I had to buy a case on a payment plan here on Amazon.Problem number "Two"The box was tampered with cut tape from the back of the box, the wrap was messed up on the guitar strings had an odd color black stains on them. I strummed once and three strings broke in unison.Thank goodness I know what to do, and own other guitars, but had to buy extra products, to just repair the strings, and being a FR bridge had to check to see if it was damaged. It thankfully was not.Yes, Amazon gave me a partial refund, but in the end beings a payment plan item for me, and my love of this instrument should not have been lied to about that case from that Amazon rep, but a high up person at "Dean Guitars" a manager! that's what really stung and gave that person genuine heart felt email to be lied to a second time.Other than that, the three stars is after the string repairs, and extra stuff I had to buy to get it playing, and in working order.Other than that, it's a beautiful guitar, and now that all is fixed it plays flawless. Love it.
