Great book for someone in nursing school

This book really gave me a lot of information I needed to know for my leadership course. Definitely something I will be using as well in the near future.

This book is very informational.

Today I got my $22 rental of this book for my last semester of Accelerated Nursing School. This is the worst rental book I have received as of yet from Amazon. There were highlights (which I don't mind as I realize it is a rental) but in addition to that, there are words written into the book like a child was playing with a highlighter, and the binding of the book is breaking. I can certainly make this work for the semester but the quality of this rental was definitely subpar from any other rentals I have received in the past. I'm a bit disappointed but I will deal with it as I am grateful I didn't have to spend a ton of money for a book I only need a few months.
