Is this hypoallergenic?

I’m not sure but I’m very sensitive but it doesn’t bother me at all & it works great for me. Love it!

Can you use this alone on tinted eyelashes?

Unfortunately no, it comes out as white. I cannot even wear it without mascara.

Is this safe for eyelash Extention??

It didn’t mess with or do anything to my eyelash extensions, if that’s what you mean.
