This is a commercial quality pan. Definitely better than some of the more well known brands .

We actually bought this pan to use in the bottom of our fire brick countertop oven. This allows us to slide out the ashes and dump them easily. Sadly, I don't understand why these pizza ovens don't come with something like this but we improvised and it works great

I wasn’t pleased with this pan. The coating on the pan started to chip off after only using it twice. I’m now going to have to get rid of the pan and find another option. I’m hoping it was just a lemon. I read many good reviews about these pans. I wish I had the money to buy another one because I would take a chance and try one again. Other than the coating chipping off, the pan performed welled. I wish I could get a replacement from the company, and was able to try the pan again. For that reason I am giving it only 1 star. I feel it isn’t a good value for your money if you have to throw it out after only 2 uses. Also it doesn’t tolerate being washed because the coating either washes off or chips off. That’s the reason for the 1 stars. I hope your coating doesn’t chip off after only 2 uses. Thank you.

Great pan! Very heavy gauge and sturdy. Another commenter mentioned the pan warping but i haven't had that issue at all, at any normal oven temp. I wish the sticker was applied with a strip of that gel stuff that you can peel right off but the sticker on my pan wasn't exactly hard to take off. I went slow and gentle and peeled it off cleanly in about 15 seconds.

I bought one and I am loving it!

Bought this pan to have something more traditional for baking homemade Sicilian Pizzas. Pan does the trick. Only major complaint I have is the coating after one use is flaking off around the edges. Not sure why, but it's something the company should address and correct.

The pan was perfect. It cooked the pizza just right

Product size was perfect. Label attached to new pan required several hours to remove adhesive.Coating chipped or scraped off with use on rim and outside of pan. Pan was deeply scratched on bottom of pan from movement over oven shelves.Not what we expected when ordered.
