ACDelco Advantage 14D931CH Ceramic Front Disc Brake Pad Set

I thought the pads needed to be changed on my P71 Crown Vic because they were making lots of noise. I went to install these and found that the pads I had still had more than half their life, but they were very very dusty. I figured there was no reason to send these back so I did the install anyway. Good braking and no noise. The brake dust is nowhere near as excessive. Win Win.The hardest part about the install is pushing the dual pistons back in.

I've been driving for 43 years and these are the best brake pads I've ever had and will ever have bottom line and end of story.

Replacement front pads for 2003 mercury grand marquis

These seem like very good ceramic pads for the price. Good stopping power, very quiet. Make sure you get those rotors very clean before installing - you don't want to embed any rotor material in the pads. That's what causes noise.Thanks!

These pads lasted 7k miles of light to moderate use. They're noisy with poor stopping power and make tons of dust. 3 weeks ago they had over half their friction material left and last night they were suddenly scraping on the rotors. I don't ride the brakes or anything, my old motorcraft pads lasted 25k under heavy use. I'll be avoiding ACDelco products in the future.

Seem to be decent quality but might seek out the professional line since they are for commercial application.
