Kirkland Signature Solid White Albacore Tuna, 7 Ounce - 8 Count (Pack of 1)

I'm 75 and have eaten a LOT of tuna in my life. When I was a kid canned tuna had NO fat in it. It was all chunky white with the can absolutely stuffed tight to the sides can with tuna. And it was affordable. Over the decade's inflation, cost cutting and limits had canned tuna showing more fat and less quality white meat. So, obviously the taste went downhill, and the cans got a little smaller. I even stopped buying supermarket tune because it was so bad. So, one day I started researching top rated canned tuna which had me trying this brand. WOW, this is seriously good tune. Maybe a bit more than you might expect for a can of tune. But consider; the can oz's and the absolute quality, the flavor (!!!) it's a no brainer for me! Could it be the best tuna ever?

This is very good tuna has great flavor and I just reordered my second box of it should get it this week. Highly recommend this tuna and I hope they keep it in stock.

Tuna is packed in water and is rather chunky. It is excellent and definitely a cut, or two, above other albacore, canned, pack in water tuna. Is there a tuna smell? Yes. Slightly. But if there weren't, would it be tuna?

So excited to be able to buy Kirkland tuna. I don’t live anywhere near a COSTCO. truly is a superior product.

Without a doubt a premium product - the cleanest looking tuna I've ever prepared.Having said that , I can't agree with the reviews that indicate ' no fishy taste . ' Whileperhaps not as pronounced as lesser brands , it still is there. I will continue on my questto create tuna salad that tastes very similar to that of Panera's.
