Cambridge Limited Notebook Refillable Blue, 8 1/4 x 11 Inches (06602)

A very well-made binder that allows the use of inexpensive spiral notebooks as refills, freeing the user from being enslaved to overpriced letter sized legal pads that top loading binders demand. The cover is attractive and it has a sturdy constructed with a secure zipper. It is also relatively thin and isn't as bulky as other binders. The interior features a pocket for loose documents and slots for business cards as well. It comes with a spiral notebook that slides smoothly into the side-loading slot. I use the cheap, back-to-school, 20 cent spiral binders with tear out sheets in this and it gives them a touch of class, disguising the fact I'm cheap and don't like spending over a dollar for a pad. Cambridge has created a fine, utilitarian binder suitable for business, school, or home at a bargain price. It also appears it will last a good long while. An impressive looking binder with class that rivals the ridiculously expensive leather ones that people with money to burn carry to meetings.UPDATE: Unfortunately, my usual source for 20 cent spiral notebooks seems to have raised the price to almost a dollar during this back-to-school season. I'm glad I purchased nearly a hundred of them last year but I will continue to search big box outlets for another supplier. This is certainly no reflection on the quality and value of the Cambridge portfolio under review here and it remains a tremendous buy.

I didn't pay attention to the product details when I ordered, so I was surprised how big it was, but it turned out to be the perfect size for what I need! I wanted to use it as a day planner that I can leave on my desk, and the regular sized paper has been perfect for my To-Do lists. That, and I love that it always lays flat so I'm not having to hold down the edges or anything like that. It also gives me plenty of room to take notes during meetings, and has pockets for any loose-leaf handouts I get and for my pen and business cards. The material feels high quality, and the color is just slightly darker than pictured, but I think it's very beautiful and professional looking. I love it <3

This is now one of my favorite things, the color and quality are fantastic. I purchased two of them, one in green and the other in blue. Both are excellent products. I especially like the two-tone color, with the top two-thirds in the designer color and the bottom third in black.Inside are four slots for business cards, and a place to keep loose papers. The notebook pad is the same color as the outside cover, a ice professional design. The only missing item is a pen holder, however when you look underneath the pad you'll find it! It's beautiful enough to give as a gift, high quality and excellent color and design.

So this is really nice looking and I love the colors.. It is professional but the blue also adds a fun flare which is nice. I’m starting a new job , haven’t started yet and my only worry is that this may be too small. I thought this was going to be deeper meaning you could fit more in it. It is much slimmer than I expected. It comes with a nice spiral notebook but if you want to put any other type of folders or yearly planner you won’t be able to fit both and zip. I work in the healthcare setting and will be out of my office a lot and wanted something where I could fit an array of papers folders planner etc to bring to meetings so I don’t have to run back and forth, would like to have everything in one spot and I’m not sure if this will work for that. There is a nice slot for papers on the side. Regardless, it looks like it is well made and if I don’t use it for work I will definitely be able to use it for home or if i have to go somewhere where i would have to bring forms ex. a doctors office meeting etc. I will still use it either way.

I got the blue one and I love it. I wish we could find the exact notebook that comes with it to use for refills. Plenty of storage space, a pen/pencil holder, and the zipper works well. I want this in all colors. I see they are limited edition, so I need to order now. Perfect for those who want to look stylish and have something functional that isn't your typical legal pad type of holder. This can easily be refilled with a spiral notebook.

Being a personal assistant I love a good zippered portfolio! I really love that I was able to take out the ringed notebook and insert my calendar, so many portfolios use the legal pads which are of no use to me. This is perfect and I love that it has some color and isn’t just all black. This thing makes it easier to stay organized and on top of things and I love it.

Love this portfolio. Professional but with a twist. Not your typical boring black.I have mixed feeling about the notebook part. The one included looks great, but I likely won't be buying refills of Cambridge's pricey notebooks, but that leaves me with the cheapy looking ones from a big box store.Trying to figure out if I can rig this to accept a regular business notepad.Nonetheless, I am loving the styling on this!

Absolutely loved this padfolio! Well constructed, with a very nice design and color, very professional look, but still heavy duty! I've had if for 3 years (bought it in 2015) and it still looks fine and it's totally functional (the zipper and everything!). I will buy it again because it has its normal signs of use (considering I used it every single day, all day long at work, because I'm a teacher!).
