Tre book was complete and wthout damage. Reasonably priced.

Just a few pages, thin, poor paper quality. The text was overly simplified.

My daughter loves animals and wants to be a veterinarian when she wants to grow up, this book includes lots of pictures as well as simple (and yet educational) information about what a veterinarian does. Depending on how advanced your child is at reading/grasping basic concepts an older child might see the book as being a little boring. Would definitely recommend to a child in the 4-6 age range but much older than that the book might be a little too basic.

My daughter wants to be a Veterinarian and she really enjoyed this book. It was a relatively easy read for her as first grader but she's a little above average reader. She has read it several times, so clearly she likes it and is eager to learn more about becoming an Veterinarian. Great introduction book for this career.

Purchased for my kiddo, who is aspiring to be a vet! She loved the step by step story about a day in the life of a vet. Pictures are great and it is a simple read and easy to understand for the kids. Would recommend this book to parents who are looking to peak your child's interest about being a vet. I purchased this product at full price.

If your child is interested in being a veterinarian, this is a whitewashed version of what they do. It's a nice introduction for young children. It doesn't talk about sick animals or putting animals down, etc., which is a big part of the job, too.

I loved the book, It made my granddaughter very happy.

My students enjoyed this book and how it was able to capture the sense of what a vet does, without too much text which is a good thing for young readers.

I’d peg this for children 5-7 years of age at max. It is incredibly basic and doesn’t share any actual facts about animals. Will be returning it.
