I wish I would've found this sooner. I was using the leading brand of individually wrapped mouth tape. This tape roll costs a fraction of the price and works better. First, you can customize your strip size for bigger or smaller mouths. The tape adheres much better than the leading brand and you can even remove it in the middle of the night for a drink and reapply with no issue. It comes off easy in the morning, no residue. I haven't seen a single beard or mustache hair on the tape in the morning. The tape isn't breathable which is a good thing for me. The leading brand is somewhat breathable so I always felt that maybe I was mouth breathing through the tape. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase. The company should start marketing it as a mouth taping option. Of course, then they'll up the price. I guess it's better kept secret!

have been using breath right strips for a while and they help, but my wife still hears me snoring. Have heard a lot of chatter about mouth taping so I thought I would give it a try. Quickly discovered how overpriced the "specialized" mouth taping products are. So I started looking for a low cost alternative. Came across this tape. Could not be happier. My wife said she doesn't hear me snoring at all now. I was a bit concerned about skin irritation but that has not been an issue at all. I used 1 strip that I run it vertically from just below my nose across my mouth and then over my chin. It holds very well. The only time i had an issue was a night I put chap stick on shortly before going to bed.One added benefit that I had not considered let alone counted on... I typically wake up very congested in the morning. Since I started taping I wake up virtually congestion free. Not sure why that is, but I am glad for it. Will absolutely continue using this tape! Works well for my hyper sensitive skin. Price is expensive and delivery took too long. Also was out of stock for months. By the time it arrives my wound was healed.

I sleep with my mouth open (can't control it) so when I wake up needing to pee or wake up in the morning, my mouth is completely dried out and I feel like it's not healthy for my tongue in the long-run to let it continue. I looked up solutions and found this. I also have pretty sensitive lips so I was a little cautious, but I tried it, and DAMN. It's very adhesive when you want it to be, so it doesn't fall off in the middle of the night even if you toss and turn a lot, but it comes right off when you want it to. I tear off about an inch of it and my mouth is no longer dry and crusty in the morning. And the best part, the adhesive doesn't mess with my lips in the slightest! Really cool product.

I needed a medical tape to secure silicon dressings after excisions to my face. My skin is aging and thinning, and is very prone to irritation and redness. I have been using this tape in the same spots on my face every night for over a month with no problem -- absolutely no irritation. Highly recommend for fragile skin. Note: it is pale blue if that matters.

I have used other medical tapes labeled gentle… nothing comes close to this. Gentle on tender skin, including lips if you do overnight mouth taping. Great product! Gentle but very adhesive, it is not weak.
