It works, but does leave more residue in in the grinds holder and caraffe than some other cleaners. Definitely does a good job and would work fine for you, you just might prefer to try something else.Best I've tried yet is the more expensive Urnex Tabs for leaving only a tiny amount of residue that was an easy wipe with a paper towel. After that it left everything squeaky clean.

Easy to use and extremely effective. My coffee maker runs smoother and brews better after using this. It’s now a regular part of my maintenance routine. Highly recommend!

It cleaned my new coffee maker but it did not take the bad taste that can from the Technivorm Mochamaster. I'm sure your product is just fine and the machine is defective. Technivorm did not recommend your product, they do not support it, FYI.
