Almost everything I need to know was in this book! Super helpful!!

This was advertised as a clean copy with normal shelf wear. Contained a huge amount of personal dedication writing in the front. This was for a gift and a complete fail.

This is a basic do it your self book with plenty of pictures and step by step instructions. Do not believe that you will read this and build your own home. It is usefull in doing general around the home repairs and such.

I bought my 1888 vintage house when I was in my early 60's. It was to be "the rest of my life home", but needed work. A new Home Depot had just opened up nearby and I was their constant customer. Between the fantastic employees there and often this book, I learned to accomplish projects no one (even me) would believe a single old lady could do. Everything turned out just like I envisioned it when I bought my house. And now for the past few years I'm only left with the kinds of projects that are more upkeep and repair. Just fixed a bathroom faucet that I installed 20 years ago and sprung a leak. Got out my trusty Home Depot 1-2-3 book and there were photos and instructions on exactly how to fix it. Now at 84 and still living independently in a home that I love, I want to say "thank you Home Depot" and I LOVE your 1-2-3 book!

I do all of my own home improvements. I thought it would be great to keep a reference book on hand for those times I might need a refresher. This book is AWESOME. I highly recommend it to everyone. VERY easy to accomplish any task with this book at your side. This Blonde can do it and so can you!
