I initially had a problem, but have increased my rating, given that the Seller has promptly addressed my concern with a replacement. The new, replacement product seems to be in great condition, and I have been pleased with my previous orders of these cartridges. I recommend them! Thanks.

The ink for my postage scale seems to go so quick and is so expensive. I was hesitant to try a product not made by the manufacturer, but it works just fine. I hope it lasts longer that the ink I have been purchasing.

This seller sold a faulty product. First, when I opened the "foil" package, there was red ink all over the place. When I installed the new cartridge, I got a "no cartridge found" error. I compared it with a different cartridge (same model) and it was missing some hardware that connects with the machine. No wonder it reads "no cartridge found!" If the seller would do anything to make this right, I wouldn't be so upset.

Awesome and Fast! We havn't replace the ink yet but it looks like it fit perfectly. Delivery was quick and fast.

Editing my previous review to state that even though it did not last as long as expected, I contacted the seller and they provided an immediate replacement.

Is exactly as advertised, an actual part - not a "copy". Have installed & begun to use - no problems at all so far! Exact same part # as original so don't expect any issues --- just saving $!

Currently using this product as the replacement ink cartridge for our machine. So far so good. At half the price of the name brand model, it seems worth it. Won't know if the yield is the same.

Be aware to check your cartridge as soon as you receive it. We had ordered the cartridge to have on hand when our current one ran out. Tried installing it a week past the 30 day return period and found out the cartridge was faulty. Since it was past the 30 day period they would not do anything about it.

J'ai acheté comme spare pour ma timbreuse du bureau. Quand j'ai voulu l'utiliser ma machine m'indiquait que la cartouche était incompatible malgré qu'elle était clairement identifiée compatible pour mon modèle sur la cartouche. La cartouche était légèrement différente ah niveau des petits circuits imprimés. Après avoir communiquer avec le vendeur, comme le délai était expiré pour un échange et/ou remboursement ils m'ont référé au manufacturier prétextant qu'il était seulement revendeur. Auprès du manufacturier j'ai obtenu aucun Service. Alors mon achat ne m'a pas servi, j'ai dépensé inutilement en achetant de ce vendeur et j'ai dû commander une cartouche originale sur le site de Neopost.
