Garland Rug Carnival Area Rug, 5-Feet by 7-Feet, Random Multi-Color Stripes

We bought this rug in a 3' X 12' size to serve as a runner in the kitchen. It was a great choice. The floor is ceramic tile and--while easy to keep clean--is not comfortable to stocking (or bare) feet in the wintertime and proves hard to stand on for lengthy time. This runner solves the problem. It covers the main standing and use area between the cabinets and the island, and provides the cushioning where needed while maintaining the hard surface through the majority of the floor.The review questions for this item ask about softness. The runner is a woven design, so is not "plush", but it is thick and the "feel" of the surface is soft. It is rugged construction, and certainly looks like it will hold up for an extended period of time. It gets vacuumed daily in our house, and even on the kitchen floor remains a clean appearance. It is washable, though this size unit would be a significant load for even a heavy duty washer--we've yet to try it. The key point is the value of this item. I've price runners at our local carpet and box stores, and pricing is multiples of this rug. Given the quality and performance of this runner, it is an excellent value.

This runner is dog and roomba approved.It’s soft but low enough for the roomba to get clean. I love how the colors blend together. Brightens up our hallway. It’s laying flat right from the beginning, even the corners do not stick up.Definitely a keeper.

I absolutely love this carpet; however, the stripes are horizontal and not vertical. The color also appears to be greenish, but it’s a mix of brown, tan, and black. I gave it four stars because I’m still very happy with the quality and look of the carpet. It’s super soft and a great price.

I really Love the look of Berber carpets and this rug is nice. I like A rug next to my bed which i call A crumb rug. Meaning any crumbs i get on my feet, get wiped off before i go to bed and this rug is nice for that

I was really surprised when I received this rug as I was worried it would be too dark, in fact I tried to cancel the order but too late. So glad! The colors are exactly what I was hoping for. Soft muted browns with white, grey and some black. Looks great!

Just slightly disappointed because I bought this to go outside because it was a good price and the picture showed vertical stripes. Unfortunately, the stripes are horizontal. I bought two, at least they’re both the same. True earth tone colors.

I'm using two of these by my hot tub because they make walking barefoot on the deck much easier and absorb water, so no slippery puddles.

The material of the rug seems solid and stable. I've put this in my work office to make the space more comfortable. Hoping it stays solid under regular use.
