Not water proof, if worn u just get soaked.

Depends on your weight, broad at shoulders or thin, etc. I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs, and the Lsrge fits me nicely. It's a great jkt!

My son is almost 6’ and 250 lbs. we got XXL and it fit a little snug. So XL if you want snug, XXL if you want a little looser.
