Love the shirt. I ordered a size Youth XS for my 6 yr old niece after going back and forth trying to decide which size. Hope this review can help a little for people that may be unsure which size to go for. The XS says on the tag (2-4) however I compared it to a size 6 girls Nike tshirt (blue) as shown in the picture and they are very much the same size. The size XS is perfect for my niece, I would say XS should be labled more of a 4-6.

I purchased two of these T-shirts for my 10 year-old son. He is a tall and thin kid. He is 4' 11" tall and he weighs 82 pounds. I first purchased him the Youth XL in blue, and when it arrived it was a size too big. He loves it though and we are of course keeping it as he'll grow into it. He then wanted another one in the full rainbow swirl color. So the second shirt I ordered for him was in Youth Large. The Large fits him absolutely perfectly now. He wears it all the time and loves it. It's a nice roomy size for him but not too big and he'll be able to wear it for quite a while before he grows out of it. The shirt is excellent quality. A nice thick cotton T-shirt. We are very pleased with the Koloa shirts. They are nice and bright and they do not shrink at all in the wash.

I ordered my son a Youth L shirt. On the tag, it says it's size L 14/16. I couldn't figure out what letter size corresonded to what age size, so hopefully this helps someone. My son is 6, and he normally wears a size 10. This L 14/16 fit baggy on him, but wasn't so big that it looked like a dress. The tie die color held up after one washing. The neck opening is good for a kid, but quite small, so definitely not adult sized (I tried it on).

Prior to ordering, I read other reviews in regards to sizing because we have a small framed, petite 10 year old daughter (weighs 52# and is 47' tall and wears a size 6) and I didn't want her swimming in a shirt that's too big. Based on other reviews & size chart provided, I went ahead and ordered a Youth Small. BIG MISTAKE. This is more of a kids 4T. She'll get a couple wears if we're lucky considering its cotton and cotton shrinks. Took a week to get, and honestly it's not as bright & vibrant as pictures depict.

I’m always leery about purchasing clothes on Amazon, but this changed my mind. I got this for my 5 yo, who is a tad on the smaller side for 5. He loved it. I got an xs and it fits him perfectly. He’s normally a 5t in t shirts, and sometimes can do a 4t. The customer service with questions was amazing. We have a family event coming up in the summer, and I’m trying to talk my family into purchasing more than a dozen of these.

This shirt was perfect! My son had to dress up in 60’s fashion and it worked out great. My son is a tall 4 year old and the xs fit perfectly. He can wear it many more times he loves the bright colors! I would buy again and will buy my daughter one to.

My five year old son has been asking for a tie-die for quite some time and I couldn’t find anything in his size. I set out searching for one for his birthday and found this, and it was perfect! It fits him well, colors are vibrant and best of all, he was so happy!

My son loves rainbow things and wanted a rainbow shirt and this fit the bill. When I got it I thought it would be small but it fit him perfectly, he's 6 and I ordered an XS. It also washes well and doesn't seem to lose color in the wash.
