Lumpy
I love the look, but lumps from being rolled up for shipping will NOT come out, and it's been laying flat for more than 2 months now. I thought vacuum would remove them, but I was wrong.

As described. Difficult to get roll lumps to lay smooth after being rolled for shipping. Quality of product is good.

It does have an ink smell, but I am sure that will go away with airing.

Great Quality
This rug was just what I needed. The size was spot on and fit in the room perfectly. Would recommend a non slip pad underneath with corner adhesive strips. It lays perfectly and is super comfortable under the feet.

Poor quality product.
Poor quality product. If you want to return it, you cannot. The company does not accept it. You have to cover the carrier fee. Estimate the carrier fee.

Nice looking rug
I love the way this rug looks. It is difficult to clean because of the raised surfaces. My roomba gets stuck whenever it goes over it. I use my Dyson to clean it, but have to go slow because of the raised surfaces. Other than that, no complaints.
