I liked how easy it was to get up and running. Battery fully charged in 35 minutes. My lawn was full of leaves and had not been cut since mid September. It plowed right through, mulched the leaves completely and had power left. I used my air compressor to blow off the residue left on from dirt and grass, wiped down with dry cloth. I am happily surprised at the power and the quality of the mower. Lots of plastic so verdict is still out on longevity. I guess it will make me handle with care. I rate it a 10 so farThe quality of the mowing is excellent.

I bought the refurbished unit. Came with a battery and charger. After it arrived the battery went from almost nothing to fully charged in about an hour. Mower looks brand new. I live in a city with what I consider to be a medium sized yard. I have now mowed three times (35 min each time) on a single charge. It cuts better than the gas mower it replaced. I'm not used to how quiet it is yet but I love it.I can't speak for country or farm homes, but in the city this is a great investment. I'll save on gas and can cut at night if I really need to (it's that quiet and has headlights). 5 stars. Would recommend.

I was a tad nervous about buying this as refurbished but I went for it because of the savings. This looked as good as new, was easy to assemble and I’m happy I bought the refurbished as it saved me over $250.

I suffered a TBI in a car accident in July of 2021 and was in the market for a self propelled mower so got this one as a retired model. It’s fantastic. Self propelled, quiet as a fan and the battery lasts long enough to mow my front lawn charge back to full in 30min and then mow the back. Came with a chute and bag. Love it 10/10

Lot of great features. Love how quiet it is, how it folds up, not worrying about gas or oil or if itll start in the spring. Doesnt seem to cut as well as my old gas mower. EDIT-had to mow 2x to cut all the grass on heights 4-6. Lowered to 3 and it cut just fine-EDIT. If grass isnt standing straight up it doesnt get cut. Blade path is much narrower than the deck and wheel width

Unfortunately you have to go over your lawn a couple times because this mower misses a lot of grass. Sometimes have to go over the lawn 3 times just to see I might need to go over it a 4th time. I’m guessing it doesn’t have enough power to get the job done right the first time.

Just got mower a few days ago. Haven’t been able to really use. So far, impressed. Well packaged and easy to get going. If the run time is good, I’ll be very happy.

Battery came defective and would only last a very short period of time! The returning process took 3 months to get my money back.
