Great little pills and easy to swallow.

I decided to try this awesome biotin product because my nails were weak from doing dip nails. It did take about 2 weeks before I saw some type of growth. Now I am 5 months in using this product and my nails are long, strong, and back to normal :) I agree with the others that it does work, but one does have to be patient and continue taking the vitamins. I'm glad it's a low price! Only minor "issue" I have is that it has a slight aftertaste, but it's worth it!

Been taking these for less than 2 months. Nails are strong and growing fast. I work a lot with my hands and my pointer fingers nail broke about 2 weeks ago. Already growing back faster than the first time.

Wasn't expecting much from this product but I just got engaged and my hands have been ogled a lot more frequently in recent weeks and I was feeling self conscious so I decided to try this and it's working great!- Nails: Took at least 2 weeks but my nails are significantly harder and even my nail beds and cuticles look great. My cuticles used to peel and fray but no longer!- Eye lashes: Was not expecting this but I've been noticing that my eye lashes are getting unusually long. My bottom lashes are getting so long they're beginning to curl. Will update review if this becomes comical or starts totally obscuring my vision.- Hair: Haven't noticed anything but I have always had thick hair so it's hard to say.- Arm hair: Oh yes, you read that right this is the only downside. The hair on my arms is getting mighty long. I've started absentmindedly petting my arms because they're getting so fluffy. Mercifully I've always bleached my arm hair so I don't think its noticeable but wow, if I let this hair go back to its natural black color it'd probably be pretty funky looking. Minus one star for arm hair that now rivals my fiancé's.- Other hair: Yep, it all seems to be growing more rapidly than ever. Stock up on wax if you're using this product.

Ive been using this for almost a month now and have noticed a huge improvement in my hair , the thickness and not breaking off as much. There are no side effects from taking this. I take 2 table with my coffee every day, super easy to take, no funny taste and product doesn't melt . Will continue to use this over Olly as I have seen more efficient results

I tell my friends to use biotin as their hair begins to thin with age. I have a full head of hair because I've used it for years.

I really noticed a difference in my hair and nails but it made my face break out really bad so I unfortunately had to stop using it. Pick your poison I guess.
