The size of this roller catch is exactly what I had been looking for, for the longest time! I have very old kitchen cabinets and needed to replace the catches. I looked far and wide for the perfect size. I didn't think they made them anymore. I finally found them on Amazon. They are a breeze to install and I definitely recommend.

I bought these to replace ones where the plastic roller had given up. The dimensions of these are not the same as the originals but can be made to work.

These were standard during an era to help keep cabinet doors closed. What I have found is eventually the plastic (?) roller will disintegrate in time and need to be replaced. You will need to purchase the entire closing mechanism. THIS IS THE ONE. Not all that extensive when you purchase bulk. Nice price and with Amazon prime delivery (and free returns) you CAN'T go wrong. I didnt. (go wrong).

Been neglecting to replace the broken latches on our kitchen cabinets until I could no longer move the broken ones to a door that didn't require one. Finally got these and replaced the broken ones. Best part was they matched up to the piece on the cabinet so I only had to replace the piece that goes on the door.

I used this to replace a latch on my mailbox door which had fallen off and disappeared. Even though this latch is designed primarily for cabinetry, it worked very well on the mailbox door.
