Succulent Planter Kit - Terrarium Kit with Succulent Soil, Gravel, Pebble, Moss,

Loved it.

I ordered the medium size kit & it was perfect for two large terrariums. The dirt was more than enough & the rest was just enough to not have any left over. I bought this to do with my Gram in the nursing home, put down waxed paper & let her build one along side me. It was great how most of the items were in a zip lock bag so opening was easy. The only thing we needed scissors for was the dirt which I put on a paper plate & folded it up so she could put the dirt in like a funnel & not make a huge mess. Both of us have shaky hands & she has arthritis in hers, it was fun & easy to assemble. The instructions that came with the supplies were a bit confusing so I pulled up instructions online & she was able to follow them. This was a great project for her whose 97 & gets confused with too many instructions. the items were fresh & she was very proud to complete her very own terrarium to put in her room. Highly recommend.

All the components were fine but the moss seems old and dry. I would have liked getting some live moss.

I created a terrarium from a large glass bowl

I had a larger vase and was concerned that there wouldn't be enough in this kit, but there was more than enough (I had soil leftover). It seemed good quality too. I really recommend prewashing the pea gravel.

It’s a great starter pack. Only thing stopping me from a higher rating is the moss was all brown and dry. Even after I rehydrated it I couldn’t use it.

Everything I needed to start my new terrarium was right there in the kit. Super easy instructions, love it!
