Roof Wash, our -safe roof cleaner, will remove stains on your roof. It will not damage your home or the landscaping, and will not put your children or pets at risk. Use Roof Wash to remove stains that may grow on roofs. It's highly effective on all types of roofing material: asphalt, metal, tile, wood shake, rubber and new composite materials. Note: we do have some roof cleaning products made specifically for other types of roofing like "Cedar Wash" for Cedar Shake Roofs and "Tile Roof Wash" for all types of cement and clay barrel tile roofing. Directions: Add 3/4 cup per gallon of water, mix well, stirring frequently, allow solution to fully activate for 15 minutes prior to use. To clean stains without rinsing just apply and leave the rain will do the rinsing. Allow 60 days to pass before reapplying if needed. For instant results removing stains, apply to roof with a pump sprayer or other spraying methods and use a pressure washer at low speed to rinse the roof, this is the optimal means of cleaning a roof, a scrub brush and hose may be substituted.

Sounds good but....
The "idea" of the hydrogen peroxide bubbles working to remove the moss SOUNDS great... like alkaselzter for your roof!I used double the strength TWICE on my roof and it did not make the slightest difference versus just spraying it with the garden hose on high pressure...This product is WAY overpriced.I tried every different way to mix this product, shake it extra, leave it on longer.....it barely bubbles and doesnt do a thing for the moss spores that grow into the shingle.Severely disappointed because I was really excited to try it....

NO REFUND AVAILABLE!
I worked soooooo hard applied as directed but nothing changed.. omgee do not even waste your money it is not worth it and please see NO REFUND AVAILABLE! I would not have ordered had I known this. Total rip off won't even work on drive way.. not organic its hazardous killed my garden !!

Up the amount on the container's instructions...
I've used this in the past and it worked great to gradually kill and dissolve moss on roof and walkways. Did not work this time (i notice the packaging is different, maybe the concentration as well -?). The instructions on the container say to use 1/2 C per gallon of water. That isn't enough and it won't do the job with that concentration. Their website's instructions say to use 3/4 C per gal. I concur with that -- at least 3/4 if not 1 C disolved powder per gal. But still, a month after application and plenty of rain, no stains affected.

waste of money and non returnable
product was prepared and applied per label instructions. Had absolutely no effect on tile roof.Applied a second coat and did not see any improvement.This product was a waste of 30 plus dollars

I used a hand pump sprayer to apply this product to my roof and had favorable results.However the price has jumped from the 60 to the 90 $ range since my last order whichhas moved me to look elsewhere for an alternative product.

Meh.
After lots of research I bought this. Used as directed including waiting for the optimal weather moment. Can't really say it did much. Disappointed. Your mileage may vary.

Love this product and results
This is the best thing since sliced bread; have been using it for years now! We use it on the roof, shingles on the house, blue stone patio and walkways. It is fabulous. Makes everything look new with no damage to surrounding shrubs or trees. Safe around pets as well.

Did not work
While instructions recommend using some type of pressure to wash away the residue, we did not use pressure because of shingle age. We did see lots of black runoff after applying, but it really looked no different after rinsed and dried.
