I like the chain nice and thick u can wear it with a charm or not i do both nice love it it's a keeper for me😍 i got a 19.7 in size this is my first pandora chain my hubby got it for me

I have had a horrible experience. I gave this necklace to my daughter for Valentine's Day. She wore it for 10 days and it fell off her neck 3 times. One time, we were sitting in the car and I watched it fall into her lap. I tried to request a replacement or refund and was straight up rejected. The necklace is obviously a defect but since it is sold from a third party provider, I am screwed. Please save yourself the hassle and go direct to Pandora. I will be heading there for a necklace that will be guaranteed not to be defective.

I wrote a post earlier about the necklace, saying that it won't connect. I was completely wrong. I love it and it fix perfectly

I ordered this chain so that I could put some Pandora charms that I got for Christmas on it. I was looking for something substantial, and this fits the bill. It is a beautiful, substantial chain, it has a nice weight to it, and the Pandora charms look great on it. I am unsure about the ball clasp, but it snaps together quite nicely, but we'll see how it works in the long-term. It should be fine. I prefer lobster clasp necklaces, and Pandora does carry those, but they didn't appear to be as heavy as this one, and as I said, something with heft was what I was looking for! Overall, very happy with my purchase!

Love this necklace. I’ve had the bracelets for a while now, but decided to try out the Pandora necklace and really looks good. Shipping was quick, only a few days and came in original box and well packaged.

This was a lovely gift.I did however buy the wrong length so I had to exchange it for the longer one. Its beautiful

Purchased in November. By July had started to tarnish a bit - Ok happens to silver. Purchased well known silver jewellery Bath cleaner which within 10 seconds completely stripped all the “silver” off the necklace. It may be described as silver and that is the colour- not so sure it’s actually silver metal. A bit misleading especially as it’s described as 925 Sterling Silver. So, be careful what you clean it with. Amazon were their usual excellence in dealing with the matter and straight away ordered a replacement and emailed return labels - that’s why I favour Amazon.Will just be more wary cleaning the replacement.

After reading the reviews on the product that it comes with a box and bag I was excited to receive the product and put it away for Christmas. When it arrive it came in a small plastic bag with no box or gift bag…This is extremely annoying. Nearly £100 for this is not acceptable in anywayWon’t be buying again

This is a really lovely necklace comes with a certificate just a shame about the little card box that came with it very flimsy and not really something you would want to present this necklace in.

Necklace looks fine but for GBP100 item to be presented in a small plastic bag; no certificate or care instructions -- more than disappointing. Amazon page under "Customer questions & answers" stated: "We inform you that all our products are original Pandora, with its original box and certificate of authenticity." A small Cadburys box of chocolates has superior packaging!!

I bought this for my daughter-in-law and it seems like genuine Pandora. The chain is substantial and sits well on her. The clasp was difficult to open but once open it has eased off a bit. I was disappointed that there was no certificate of authenticity or any kind of Pandora wrapping. It came in a plasic bag.
