I love the content of the book, but it was poorly printed (or cut?) so the page numbers along the bottom are cut off slightly.

Great and important resource for mechanical engineers and product designers. Very approachable material with fantastic graphs - just what a person who is a visual thinker can really appreciate, which probably describes 98% of us product designers! And Kara Johnson is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Keep up the good work at IDEO, Kara!
