I’ll try and keep this short and to the point.It’s lightweight and rigid. Easy to install and looks good too. Not going to stand up to a lot of wear and tear. I just installed the product but if you intend on daily use or for work I would suggest looking elsewhere. This will work well for keeping the stroller and groceries closer to the tailgate or the I need another foot of room in my bed to move this “thing”.

This is my 2nd purchase of this product. My 1st was for my 2013 RAM 1500 and it was under a different brand name (AMP) & silver, but otherwise the exact same design. Installation was easy especially for my new 2018 RAM 1500, crew cab 5'7" bed, because the indents for the screws that hold the brackets are already there. Works exactly as expected & is easy to remove. When you use it with the tailgate down be sure to secure the straps into the latches on the tailgate to keep it from bouncing up when driving. It's lightly constructed but well built & a good design. Just don't expect it to hold back your ATV if you didn't secure it in the bed. Also fit perfectly under my bed cover.

Perfect fit on 2015 Ram. You will need a rivit tool to install as described or you could replace with screws. You have to drill 3 holes on each side of the bed but they are pre dimpled/marked and drill easy. I was also able to line it up through the bed liner without any issue.You can completely remove the extender when the tail gate is open. So it's secure when tailgate is locked and closed. It is very easy to put in, take out and swivels nicely. Metal bars are good quality and clips seem durable.The clips actually keep the lower bed liner more secure to the side. This will also fit nicely under any bed cover.

This is my second bed extender in my second Ram. The previous one also bought from Amazon but a different manufacturer. I don't recall this or maybe I ignored it on the first but on this one it definitely calls for a POP Rivet gun. I will say after some issues I encountered on my first one I can see why this is a necessity. Only other complain is the shape of the railing my old one provided more storage space in when flipped inside the bed. Other than that its a great unit, works as intended and was easy to install.

This is a very nice bed extender and looks very good on the truck. Installation is fairly simple and there are many videos on line to help. If your bed has a spray on bed liner, the dimples for the mounting screw positions are not visible and a template may be needed. There was no template in the instructions but they are also available on line. The tension straps integrate into the tailgate latches and work pretty well. This will work with at least some bed covers and the Ram bed rail system with no modifications.

Easy to assemble and works great with my truck covers USA bed cover. Note that the instructions tell you to adjust the tubes to about 3” to 3 1/2” from the reference tape. I had to make that dimension 2 1/2” to clear my bed cover rails. It did not make a difference in the look to my eyes and works great. The pic attached has the bed extender raised about to the 45 degrees dismount position and there is a little under 1/8” clearance. 2022 Ram 2500.

TRUCK: 2016 RAM 1500 - 6 foot bed.This thing is top notch. Though not a complicated install there's plenty of steps involved. A rivot gun is nessesarrily so have one handy. (I picked a nice one up at OSH for $20 bucks.)It's sturdy, well made, and sharp looking. The functionality of how it flips over for open or closed tailgate is really cool. It's also easily removed. As long as your tailgate is locked, the rack won't be stolen either.Hard to tell if the finish will hold up to scratches and abuse yet but this far I'm very happy with it.

Pretty easy install, all parts were there. You have to drill on the bed for the brackets, then drill the top and bottom rails for the rivets. If you dont have a rivet gun, walmart sells one for like $10 and it works good enough for this. Looks really good and only took about 20 minutes to install.
