Best portable A/C ever
This remote controlled Window A/C unit is so much nicer than the one it replaced. There are many settings for almost any condition. Thus unit turns itself on and off. So it is hassle free to use. Quiet and saves energy.This unit is for horizontally opening windows and installing is well described in the instruction manual. I did a lot of research before I chose this unit. We have warm to hot summers and I have never used anything but the low fan setting. I highly recommend this A/C best yet and I’ve tried quite a few.

Fantastic AC for narrow windows!
I really like that it has energy saving mode…haven’t used the remote, as I just set it at 74 and fan on low and use a smart plug to schedule run time. It’s a bit noisy, but tolerable. I also use a 12” circulator fan to blow the cool air down to my end of m 12x24 shed/workshop. The previous unit was limited to 5k BTU due to narrow window…was very excited to see this one.

It smells like copper after 4 months.
I have a baby and I got an air conditioner for his health but this is freaking me out. I am attempting to get help from Amazon or the manufacturer.. let’s see how that goes. I will update.
