Gets soggy really fast which is the only negative. Taste is great. For a healthy cereal, this tastes great. Just got to eat really fast!

Out of all of the keto cereals and choices out there I find this one to be the best. The flavors and the textures balls out much better than any other cereal. I have found thus far. It’s still not going to be the same, of course as a regular granola or cereal, but, it really is quality and surprisingly good for something that is keto based. My only wish is that the boxes were a little bit bigger and more the size of a regular cereal box. These are not inexpensive and the smaller size makes it add up over the course of a month. So for that reason price wise, I’ve given it four stars. But in terms flavor, texture and shelf life, it would be a solid five if not for the size of the box.

Use as topper in yougart. Its so good

It's ok, it kind of lacks flavor.The texture isn't the greatest and ironically doesn't go that well with milk.As is the norm with protein foods, it has that strange taste to it.

This is terrible cerial. It is basically sliced almonds and cancer tumors in milk. It is so processed, I have no idea what I am eating, these floating things that aren't quit Marshmallows.....but maybe a mushroom consistency, so processed that if you care anything about yourself, which you obviously do because your doing KETO, avoid this massive processed item!

We went on KETO about 1 and a half years ago, and haven'ttasted cereal after that.I'd read many of the reviews and decided to give it a try.My family is glad that I did. Everybody really enjoys thefact that they can once again try a crunchy bowl drownedin full fat milk.Some of the Reviewers have complained about the cereallosing it's crunch right away. We found that it does notdo that, no sooner than any type of bran cereal, maybeeven better.Also the taste of the ALmond Vanilla Crunch cerealreminds me of the original "Sugar Smacks" cereal, butwith a touch less sugary taste, which I prefer. Ifwe want it more "sugary," we can always add Alluloseourselves.I have since ordered the Almond Crunch several more times,and plan on trying the Cinnamon Cranberry as soon as itreturns to stock.
