Absolutely great leave-in conditioner, heat protectant (from the hair dryer and the Florida sun) and detangler. LOVE the scent! I spray it "pony tail down" (Meaning from where the pony tail starts to the bottom of the hair. As per my Aveda hairdresser, The hair on the top of your head is new and doesn't need it) Might sound pricey, but very average price for Aveda products. And one bottle lasts me about 1 year! I wash my hair twice a week and use this product each time. It only takes a few sprays! I combine this with the Aveda Botanical Repair Shampoo and Conditioner and my hair is super healthy!

I started using this a few years ago at the recommendation of a friend. I am 61 and it has really brought the life back to my hair. Works so good for me that I bought it for my 89 year old mother and it has really conditioned her hair and made it soft and healthy. I shampoo and condition my hair, then after towel drying, I spray this all over my hair. I comb through and style. It does not leave any residue or make my hair oily or sticky. Leaves it soft and and healthy looking. I highly recommend.

Protects my hair well from blow-drying. Pleasant, very light, clean smell. Doesn't leave a sticky residue or make brushing my hair more damaging. The spray nozzle can get a bit clogged up easily, though, so I usually have to wipe it off a time or two while coating my hair. Lasts a long time, worth the money and slight hassle.

I love this product!I have fine hair that needs a little extra TLC after the shower. I simply towel dry my hair and then spray this Aveda Brilliant Damage Control on it lightly and then comb it with no problem. Without it, my hair is a bundle of knots!It also protects against UV damage which is an added plus. The price is fair for what it does. It usually lasts me about 6 months or so. Previously I had to hunt for an AVEDA store to purchase it, but now I can easily get it online through Amazon.At a recent hairdresser appointment, they were surprised my hair was in such good condition for not getting it cut for about a year. I swear, it's thanks to this product!I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking to protect their hair and get rid of tangles fast without damaging your hair.

I use this after washing my hair. It helps get the tangles out before I dry my hair. There’s a big difference when I don’t use it. I sometimes use it even not on wet hair. I’ve liked this spray better than other brands I’ve tried.
