Worst ever keep away
The air conditioner is not even 1 year old and now blows hot air ,I contacted the seller twice already with no response back ,keep away from this seller

Great Cooling & Quiet
I have the older model of this unit. It's extremely quiet, cools very well for a smaller bedroom. But after cleaning it one year I got some water inside of the blower motor shaft, which I'm guessing is the reason it started making noise from that shaft. It works great. But now is noisy. I'm looking for a new blower motor. Not easy finding it.

Finally, a fantastic vendor.
This isn’t so much about the AC (which is just fine but on the surprisingly heavy side) so much as it is about how this particular seller is beyond reliable and very easy (and a pleasure) to work with. I (obviously) don’t write reviews but I thought they deserved one.
