This book is exactly what I was looking for. My mother was Polish and spoke it as well and made many good meals. Somehow, time didn't allow here to share all her recipes; this book had the recipes I wanted. Fantastic!

My great-grandparents came to the U.S. from Lomza Poland in 1905. I wanted to be able to create the meals they knew and loved, and this cookbook has everything! The recipes are easy to follow, and the photos are great! We love watching Polish Your Kitchen on YouTube with Anna and Mark! They have allowed me to see how beautiful Poland is!

I am polish and wanted to teach my kids recipes. My family never taught me how to cook our traditional recipes. This book was very helpful and brought back memories from my childhood.

This is, perhaps, the nicest Polish cookbook I've seen.While it is not as comprehensive as, say, the Strybel "Bible" of Polish cooking, this book certainly has plenty of classic dishes. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.A perfect gift.

I have been looking for a Polish recipe book in English for a long time and have finally found the one! This book is marvellous! Clearly divided by sections of meat, soup, fish, pierogi (!) and more. The recipes are carefully chosen and easy to follow. There is a photo for every ready made recipe, often with steps to follow which makes life so much easier when it comes to cooking Polish food. What I also really love about the book is the author and her story behind the book. Truly touching and inspiring. I feel like I want to sit with Anna at her family table and converse about food and life for hours. There is something so magical about the book. I love it! And can’t wait to keep buying more copies for my English speaking, Polish food loving friends🤩.
