ThermaCareAir-Activated Heatwraps, Neck, Wrist & Shoulder, 3 HeatWraps (Pack of 7)

I've been using these heating pads for years and they are indispensable for episodes of upper back muscle spasms. This order was for 7 boxes of 3 pads; I actually received 2 boxes of 11 pads, so I'm happy with that arithmetic. ;) I have not opened any of the individual packets yet, but they were boxed in Thermacare packaging, appear not to have any damage or degradation in quality, and the expiration date is more than 2 years in the future. Since these have recently become far more expensive in stores, I'm very satisfied with the price here as well (worked out to just over $2 each).

I simply am unable to go to work without one of these on. I put it on at 3 am and take it off at 9 pm. It is warm throughout. The heat must loosen my muscles or relax them around the nerve that is pinched and I am able to function.I may end up having surgery but until I do I wear one of these every single day.

Really like this product, only wish they were a little less costly. Un like salve or messy creams. That could rub off on clothes. These stay put for 8 hours while working.

Relatively easy to apply and excellent for soothing an aching shoulder for several hours and ameliorating pain/discomfort as a result.

I have used ThermaCare Air Activated Heatwraps for many years. I use the Neck, Wrist, and Shoulder size but I put it on my lower back. This helps relieve lower back pain and restless legs. I prefer to use this over powerful narcotics or other pain meds. I probably use them on an average of 2-3 times a week. They are expensive but again, cheaper than medication as it can have negative effects on the body.
