The 25" tires really are closer to 23" actual measured diameter.
The tires were shipped quickly and appear to be good quality. The tires received did have "25" on the sidewall, matching the size ordered. These are NOT 25" tires! They measure significantly smaller than they should be. These MOTOOS tires, mounted and at proper air pressure are only 75.5" circumference for the front tires and 74.5" for the rear tires. These supposedly 25" MOTOOS Mt-Roadstar tires barely measure in the range 24" diameter with brand new tread! These were all measured mounted, at working pressure, with no load. Several reviews have mentioned that these tires were smaller than marked, so in my case this was expected and accepted. My intent here is to confirm that the tires I received are actually undersize for anyone who would not be ok with the smaller size. I rated a 4 based on the smaller size. Quality and performance seems fine.Mounting the tires on rims was no problem. Inflating them and seating the beads was extremely difficult. With most tires, one or two straps around the circumference is enough to start making pressure. Three straps didn't work with these tires, even with valves removed and 100 PSI direct from a short hose on the compressor they would not inflate. I had to de-mount one side and put tubes in them. Then the beads would not seat. The sidewalls are stamped "28PSI MAX when setting beads". I ran them up to 35PSI several times and re-lubricated the beads between each attempt. Low profile tires can be hard to seat, but these have huge sidewalls. There is no excuse for the beads not to seat at a reasonable pressure. It took way more than 28 PSI to seat every one of these tires.Several reviews and tire specifications indicate these are a long-lasting compound. They definitely ride smoother and have much better grip than the worn-out tires. I will update this review after putting some miles on them. For my use, these tires have great traction and lower the vehicle making it more stable for hauling firewood and other jobs on steep wooded trails. UPDATE: The tires have been worked hard for 11 months. We hauled some heavy loads of firewood this summer. The tread still looks basically new. We stay on trails most of the time, but occasionally run up and down a 1/4 mile gravel drive. I am still happy with this purchase.

Save your money these are No good.
I thought this would be a good deal for the price but boy was I wrong, these tires have a hard rubber coating about a 1/16" thick on them and once that gets worn down you might have a month of tire left under normal riding conditions it just wears out in No time, I didn't even get a year out of them! I would never recommend these to anyone and I give it zero stars.
