Excellent book on IFS. Well written, and accessible to the non specialist - I'm a yoga teacher and musician without any formal psychology training, and found it very readable. Each chapter is written by a different practitioner, and so the book as a whole offers a remarkably diverse range of case studies and individual approaches.

いろいろな観点からIFSについて書かれていて勉強になります。私にとって1番良かったのは、シュアルツ先生による、加害パーツ（perpetrator parts）の章です。IFSの文脈では、No Bad Parts、つまり、たとえ加害パーツであっても必要性があって存在していると理解されるのです。もちろん犯罪行為自体は許されることではありません。しかし、犯罪加害者の中の加害パーツ及びそれが守っている傷ついたパーツを癒すことが、真の責任性の自覚へとつながるのです。Don't forget. Hurt people hurt people.
