Only a year old and wetting the floor.
Cracks and a rough edge caused a leak that soaked the floor. This brand will never be on my list again. Oh, and the plastic retaining clip broke off during installation. I should've taken that as a sign.

One Slight Issue
The part itself was easy enough to install, however.......I don't know if I'm using correct terminology as I'm new to the whole RV experience. The inlet port on the inside of this part is pointing up at about a 45 degree angle. This prevented me from being able to attach the rigid plastic water line to it. Since there is no real give in the water line, trying to force it to even slightly bend in order to screw in placed enough pressure on the point of attachment that it leaked. I ended up having to remove part of the rigid water line and replace it with a piece of Accuflex 150 psi from the first elbow to the inlet port using new brass fittings and 1/2" pinch clamps. Works like a charm now!

It's a very nice inlet for your water tank if worked perfectly for fine for me.
I like it It's a nice lock door with a spout to going into the water tank. It's got one hole that you can hook a line to that runs to the tank that allows the air to flow out. Any other one I use for the inlet for the water. The other one I just don't use. I wouldn't recommend it for city water. But if you have a gravity-fed tank it'll work perfect. I could see it breaking if you over tighten the screws screwing it in and fastening it down. There is no gasket though It would be nice if they had a gasket that would mount behind it to seal it one bolting it to or screwing it to your trailer or whatever you're using it for. Overall I'm very pleased It comes with two keys It locks nice It's really nice I debated for a long time for the reviews and ended up doing it anyways and I'm glad I did.

Be careful on the inlet...
Decent product, although the u-clip behind the water inlet snapped on installation, use caution when connecting plumbing to the inlet. Also started to snap the other one on the replacement but caught it in time, plastic is hard with minimal flexibility, with a part that is prone to break I don't see why they don't switch to a metal retaining clip or offer the clip as a replacement if it's broken, 3 stars on construction, 4.5 on functionality, overall satisfaction 3.5. Inconvenience prevented a 5 star score

Fast, easy transaction..... a great value!
I received my part in two days, apart from the fact that these parts are plastic and dont last as long as I wish they would for a full time RV'r...... it was fairly easy to install ... great value for the money. I shopped around in the local RV parts stores in my area and this same part was twice as much as I got it for from you :) Well worth the two day wait!

Product does not match photo
Ordered thinking it would have the brass fitting for the city water, as it resembles in the photo. Everything is plastic. Rather than install, I'm simply returning it.
