Packaging makes this product very user friendly! The consistency and taste are exceptional. Used for candies, candied apples, decorative drizzles and upscale coffee.

Made dehydrated apple fruit desert and topped with the melted caramel. Everyone enjoyed the delicacy!

I have no purchased a total of 20 lbs of this caramel and have not been disappointed at all. Once I receive the caramel, I open the caramel leaving it in it's original plastic and then put it into a vacuum sealed bag. This keeps the caramel fresh. I have just started putting an oxygen absorber in the bag to pull any oxygen that may be left in the bag (if any) just to keep it even fresher. For the last 15 lbs that I purchased I haven't opened the vacuum sealed bag yet - but the caramel seems to be keeping just fine.

I've ordered several of these caramel blocks over the years. Previous blocks have been very manageable in terms of being able to trim off just what I need when I need it. This block was extremely gooey and near impossible to cut precisely. Layers of it stuck to the plastic wrapper. It was still delicious, and I would buy again, but there is some unnecessary hassle here.

This caramel is the best around! Whenever I use it, I eat like 1/3 of what I cut off to use. ;) It’s DELICIOUS! Soft texture which is easily malleable, yet holds shape when dipped in chocolate so it’s super easy to use!

The caramel seemed melted into the package. Couldn’t even remove it from plastic packaging. I’ve bought Peter’s Caramel in the past and it was a solid block you could cut into chunks.
