This is a great use for multiple recipes and only your imagination is the limitation . Rich and thickening for sauces, soups , egg dishes , and mushrooms .I used it for a great Orecchiette / spinach / hot Italian sausage creation that blended so well and takes on parmesan cheese for the finish with ease .If your into next step creative dinners that will amaze your guests , then you've hit the perfecta !Chef Gregory

Not a good quality, not like what’s described
It’s not like what’s described ever, I requested cook cream, it’s not cream at all it’s look like something expired and ruined with foul smell, I never recommend this product it’s bad quality waste of money
