What are the assembled dementions...NOT the package dementions?

W:16, D:11, H:29. I had to use a rubber mallet to hammer the hight down until all 4 corners of the top tray were the same hight. The finished product looks good but is very flimsy. Wish I had ordered a metal version even though we live in Hawaii where metal corrosion is a serious issue.

From the bottom with no wheels it measures 28.5 inches tall. From bottom, no wheels to top not including the two top handle it’s 25.5 inches.

How do I purchase missing parts?

You should not have to purchase missing parts! If the item arrived incomplete contact one of those Amazon customer service folks in India. You should be entitled to a full refund for a defective item. Not pay an added expense.

What us the "certain load bearing capacity"?

COULDN'T BE MUCH!! I use it for medical supplies.. Surgical Tape, Lg bandages, numerous sizes of sterile gauze pads, medicines, alot of wound cleaning supplies... These are all very lightweight products.... BUT THE 6 TIER I GOT.. IS FLIMSY AS HECK!! No matter how evenly I distribute the products per basket... IT JUST KEEPS LEANING TO ONE SIDE!!!! So I'm on here once again... trying to find something sturdier!!!
