I have written directly to Jaybe and they are sending out two brackets for me. What service.

I have found the bed to be very robust, my grandchildren use it as a trampoline with no problems. Perhaps the supplier can send replacement planks or go to a timber supplier for replacement. Have you tried under guarantee?
