Samsung Galaxy S7 32GB 5.1" 12MP SIM-Free Smartphone in Black

Love the phone. Updated from a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini which I'd had for a long time, so ready for something new. Nice & fast to use, a clear & responsive screen with great colours. Needed an update via wifi out of the box, then transfered almost everything from my old phone via the NFC function. Happy overall with everything, just learning to use it now! It has much more software than my old phone which needs sorting into useful & not. The ONLY bugbear is that I don't seem to be able to move my icons around the screen like my old phone, by holding then moving. It seems to have a very longwinded way of moving them around. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Also, I have 2 ringtones which were downloaded many years ago for my 2 favourite contacts which haven't transfered & I can't find which folder holds then in my old Samsung to send them across to the new one. Overall, happy with my new toy...... now how to drive it?

Gorgeous crafted smartphone. There is nothing much to say that people will not already know so I just want to say a few minuses that are my opinion. The phone felt tall for me as I prefer the smaller phone and battery life varies everyday. Battery life is always subjective mainly due to what apps people use but somedays were good and somedays it felt like battery was going down quite fast.Else this phone has the lot and micro sd support is one of them. The audio through headphone is lots clear and dynamic compared o my Sony Z5 Compact and I like the way the white version shows all the sensors on the front whereas black hides them. Gorgeous screen fully flexible as Android is compared to crippled IOS there is basically nothing wrong with the S7.

This must of been the most disapointing purchase I've ever made in my life.I thought it would be nice to upgrade from my old Samsung S6 as I had it a few years so decided to order a S7.My last 3 phones were Samsung ones and have always being a reliable phone.Anyway my purchase of the S7 started well and the transfer of Phone data went smoothly.The next day the phone was frozen as I was out in town and I could not restart as it never got past the start up "Samsung Galaxy S7" screen. It took at least 3 hours before it decided to unfreeze.That evening did an operating system update hoping it would resolve the issue.The next day the phone froze yet again for a few hours, later in the evening and went through Samsung online helpline (who where very helpful) to try and run the phone in "safe mode" but it was freezing on that to, in the end of my ordeal they said its the hardware and will have to be sent back for inspection.I am very dissapointed that for such and expensive high grade phone it's totaly useless, this is the sort of thing I would expect from a cheap phone for £14.99 form the local supermarket not from a £425 one!!!!If I would give this 0 stars if the review allowed it.

Supplied by HandyGlobal through Amazon.co.uk Market Place without a UK charger plug (£10 to buy one from Amazon!). The email receipt is in German. The handset is excellent and hugely faster and more responsive than my old S3, also battery life seems much better so far (but it's not user replaceable).Two reservations - it is very slippery; I have invested in a gel case as I was really nervous of it slipping out of my hand (the S3 was the same) - the registration process on the Samsung website is incompetent to an astonishing degree! The Model Number is required to do anything and the model number on the sticker on the back and in Settings is incomplete so you can never complete online registration! I had to email for help and a very helpful reply from a Samsung employee advises that she has registered it for me, as she can find the model number from the Serial Number I supplied; why ever can't the website do that for us?

I`m not a gadget person, when everyone else is excited to get a new product I dread it but the S7 is amazing. Transferring data from my old phone was so easy! I found everything I needed straight away. Camera is out of this world, as is video function. i use this for my business and to me it`s a work tool but it is sleek, easy and yet has so many features. I have Watsapp, Youtube, Instagram and all the rest on it, internet is good. I don`t even use a sim card in it as I have an old phone for the odd few calls I make. Just perfect, love it!

Good phone but I have had great problems in charging it. The first one I had lasted eight months before the battery died and the phone was unusable. I contacted the seller through Amazon and, to their credit, they agreed to refund me, even though it was long past the 30-day deadline. I then bought the same model again as it suits my needs perfectly. However, this one started to display recharging problems in only three weeks. Charging is a hit-and-miss affair - sometimes it will charge fully, at other times not at all, even when left all night on charge. I shall give it a week more before deciding whether to return it. I contacted Samsung, who said that as the model was introduced in 2016, the batteries could well have degraded. Really? In that case they had no business in allowing dealers to sell these phones. Will not buy another if I do return it.

I'm very pleased with this so far. Battery life is impressive, although I'm disappointed that the battery cannot be replaced later if it runs down. Camera is also great. It looked genuine out of the box although instructions on paper are in Polish only and some unimportant apps seem to be Polish only. This is a minor issue though and you can easily look up information online in English. I feel like I've got a bargain!

Bought this as a rather cheap replacement phone. It was advertised as 'acceptable condition' but it arrived almost brand new with only a very few minor scuffs on the side. For the price I paid I was very pleasantly surprised.Took a little longer to arrive than I hoped but it was very near Christmas when I ordered it, so willing to accept that it was probably out of the sellers control.Would buy from the seller again for sure.
