I can hear people really clearly and they can hear me but i can hardly hear myself. sounds like i am under water. any advice please?

unfortunatly that's the way it is with these headphones, the only to hear yourself if via the "listen to my recording" under the recording section under sounds, however as Microsoft decided some time ago to use sofware sound conversion over onboard harware there is a terible delay meaning you can't use it any more. simple answer, have the headphones sightly off 1 or 2 ears so you can hear yourself, old skool but this is life with Microsoft.

I bought these but can’t answer calls using the multi function button. Are they faulty? I am using Cisco Jabber for calls. Thanks.

You can not answer calls from these. You will need to be near your PC and Laptop to engage in the call.
