Terriffic and I had a DYMO before.
I didn't get the bluetooth one but mine does a fantastic flawless job printing and was super simple setup. I bought pink and purple stack labels too. Perfect for my business!

Really nice investment, consider buying it!
For those wondering if you can use this printer without the add-on of the label holder... you can! This works perfectly fine without it only downside is you can print a lot of orders. So it depends how much you ship. The printer itself was super quick! To install to windows! Anybody who is already shipping online can figure this out in less than 5 minutes. MUNBYN labels work Great with this printer haven’t tried any more but they are sticky! Hopefully warranty is good. Oh and they also send you some sample labels! So you don’t have to go buy a big pack right away or you can try it out see how you like it first!Edit:BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, it was like midnight on a weekday and their customer support is in China so the timing was correct and Ace was able to fix my problems in like 20 minutes! I know Dymo would not give you support like that! Especially at midnight!

Upgrade2.0 MUNBYN USB Label Printer P941
First and foremost, i love this thing. Yes, its Thermal and only prints, but it prints labels, and some other stuff too. It's fast and i haven't noticed it get hot at all. I havent touched it either when its printing. One other thing i wanted to add, i had a bunch of people say they had issues printing with the 15 included labels, or were "Non-thermal labels instead of "thermal labels", that was not the case with mine, they were thermal and worked great. You won't be dissatisfied with it. After using inkjet/laser printers for so long, trying to feed the labels or whatever into them, getting the ink/settings right. This thing just works, out of the box. Win10 recognized the printer, installed the driver and it was done. 5 min or less from out of the box to printing the first label. The only qualm i had with it was, when you first load the labels from the top (it opens up and the left side is hinged) and you lay the labels on the machine, and push it into the feeder, it will forward the first label through and skip it. I learned that you can open it and slide it forward just under the wheel for the feeder and it will only push through and pull back, lining the front of the first label with the machine, where it should be (after you tear one off, to use the next) Not a big deal, really. Just noticed it that's all.I have had NO issues whatsoever with this thing. Great machine. It's small, 7x4x5 (just glancing at it) The TNAS in the picture below the printer is 7x9x 5 for reference.

Defective printer
It doesn't recognize the label size properly and consistently prints only one label at a time before giving another error. I have tried the factory reset and every single error solution trying to have it fixed, but nothing managed to resolve the problem. To make matters worse, their technical support is practically non-existent. They don't pick up the phone, and the WhatsApp number provided also yields no response.I bought to make my life easier at work, but it became a truly nightmare. I regret wasting my money on this product that doesn't function as advertised! Please, save yourself the headache and buy something that really works.

Awkward placement of cords, otherwise I love it
There are 2 cords that plug into the back of the printer, but they go right next to where the labels feed into it. It's difficult to align your stack of labels straight behind where they feed into because of the cords. There is plenty of room to space these our so I don't know why they designed it like that. The edges of the label backing get a little crunched as they go through often and I assume it'd because the labels aren't lined up well enough. Haven't ruined any labels yet though. Just awkward. Otherwise I'm very happy with the ease and convenience of the printer.

Seems like a lot to spend just to print labels?? TOTALLY Worth it!
I've been wanting a label printer for more than a year, but every time I go to look, I get caught up in how much money I would be spending just to print labels... I finally bit the bullet and did it and I have NO REGRETS!The joy of seeing this little printer spit out my labels in seconds, and right on my desk (my regular printer is upstairs, and if anything goes wrong, it's like 30 minutes of unplanned exercise to run back and forth). It has a small footprint and has worked reliably in the month that I've had it. I've printed almost 200 labels with it so far and I'm in love.Simple to install (they sent the print driver on a USB stick). It works with Etsy (I was worried it would not, it totally does, even if it isn't on of their 'officially supported' printers). It comes with some labels to get you started right away.If your print is 'off'... the printer preferences allow you to reposition by degrees so that every print comes out perfect.I can't talk about customer support.... because *I haven't needed any* customer support... and really? Isn't that the best kind?
